Lyndsay was employed by Dairy Crest from 2000 until 2017, latterly as Agriculture Director.  She has extensive knowledge of the dairy industry.  Most recently she worked as CEO of one of the UK's Agri-Tech Centres, focused on collaborative research for sustainable livestock food production.  

Lyndsay is a Member Nominated Director.

Kevin is Group Accountant of the Company.

Roger joined Dairy Crest in January 1996 as Group Financial Controller, was appointed Director of Financial Control in 2000, Director of Corporate Development in 2006 and Company Secretary in September 2018. He became a pensioner of the Fund in 2010.

James worked for Dairy Crest in the mid 1990’s as Financial Controller for the Dairies Business. He was the Finance Director for the West Midlands Transport Authority where he had similar role overseeing the National Express pension scheme. He is currently working as a part time Finance Director for a number of businesses in the SME sector.

Daniel is the nominated representative of the Law Debenture Pension Trust Corporation plc and acts as a professional trustee for a number of other pension funds, following an earlier career as a lawyer. He is the Chair of the Trustee Board.
